Full Cellar Audit

It is not always obvious that something is wrong with your cellar set-up and equipment. And unfortunately problems are identified too late and once service or beer quality is affected, risking reputation and sales.

Your FCA report will include top to bottom analysis of all aspects of your cellar dispense equipment.

Our experienced technicians will identify potential risks to your operation and provide a detailed report that you can present to your service provider who should then take action of any required maintenance.

If you need us to, we can complete any required maintenance although in most cases your equipment will be under warranty and can only be fixed or upgraded by your service provider.

We will also combine this with data from the BeerSaver 7  Pro System if you have it. This will show how your cellar is performing over time and highlight any areas of potential improvement.

Professional Line Cleaning: About

Cellar Guard Antimicrobial Shield is a long term surface coating that will create an inhospitable surface environment for germs, bacteria, fungi and viruses. The coating is not removed by regular cleaning and disinfecting, providing an additional layer of protection between cleanings.

Our Antimicrobial surface protection will not affect the appearance of the surface it is being applied to and provides the following benefits:

  • Antiviral,

  • Antibacterial

  • Anti-mold, Anti-fungal,

  • Anti-odor

  • Bacterial and Viral Mutation Prevention

  • Odorless,

  • Non-corrosive

  • Attraction and piercing of negatively charged pathogens.

Once the coating has dried, it forms an invisible layer of “nanospikes” that penetrate and destroy cell membranes. Due to these “nanospikes”, the Cellar Guard Antimicrobial Shield process of elimination is mechanical instead of chemical in comparison with other long-term solutions such as silver ion and copper. This is extremely effective in preventing mould in your cellar. The active ingredient in the coating is ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) registered and compliant.

The coating can be applied to and bonds with almost any surface – porous or non-porous, metal, leather, fabric etc. On application and before forming the antimicrobial shield, the solution will kill 99.9% of all bacteria, viruses and fungi spores.

This product enables an entirely new and  extremely high level of protection in your cellar. Creating an astonishingly clean and sterile environment, using Nano-technology to support beer hygiene.

Everything You Need For a Safe and Secure Cellar Shutdown

Professional Line Cleaning: Services

Shutting the cellar down for out of season periods is a great opportunity to check the health of your cellar setup.

It is also important to ensure that the cellar can easily be re-opened next season without any problems. Leaving equipment and beer lines unused for lengthy periods of time can create problems if not done correctly.

For example leaving your beer lines in water for longs periods of time will cause tainting and my result in the beer lines needing to be replaced. Leaving them on air can equally create co2 tainting and create pockets of water droplets that can harbour nasty pathogens.

Our specially formulated beer line sanitiser keeps dispense lines sanitised during prolonged periods of inactivity. The solution prevents any build up of spoiling organisms. It is suitable for temperatures above zero degrees centigrade and is non-corrosive.

  • Full system deep clean.

  • Preparation of system for seasonal close-down.

  • Lines left in specially formulated beer line sanitiser.

  • Full Cellar Audit Report.

  • Cellar Deep Disinfection and Cellar Guard Antimicrobial Coating.
